Why this exists
For AI data center backup power systems, gas power projects, CHP assets, HRSG packages, industrial parks, microgrids, and major retrofits, the future PEMS model depends on decisions made during design, controls integration, CEMS or analyzer planning, commissioning, and data handover.
If tag names, units, sampling frequency, timestamp alignment, quality flags, commissioning data, or historian retention are weak, later NOx predictive modeling becomes more expensive and less defensible. PEMS-ready integration addresses these issues before they become operational data gaps.

Zolena Lab defines PEMS-Ready Project Integration Service as a construction-phase or retrofit-phase technical coordination service for facilities that may need future NOx predictive emissions modeling. Zolena acts as a single PEMS coordination window for data requirements, system-interface needs, commissioning data preservation, model-development planning, and third-party validation coordination where required. This service does not make Zolena the EPC contractor, PLC or SCADA designer, CEMS installer, stack-testing provider, permitting consultant, or unconditional turnkey contractor.
